2025 December- TLIX Leaders-Only Connect

We wrapped up our 2025 TLIX: Talent Leader Information Exchange Leaders Only Connects with discussions on several important topics. One of our members gathered input on the roles, responsibilities, and number of personnel used to support TA technology from TA team resources and enterprise tech support since their corporate IT team is understaffed and not consistently meeting recruiting’s needs. The consensus seemed to be that members typically have a few TA tech team members collaborating with larger enterprise tech teams. Not surprisingly, the TA leaders would prefer to have more dedicated TA tech resources, especially with the increasing use of AI, but they work to create clear SLAs to help them compete for support from corporate resources. One member said they were very please with their decision to hire a CRM expert on their TA team to work directly with their team and their CRM’s support team since their recruiters spend 80+% of their time in the CRM. We then transitioned to a discussion regarding the quality of LHH outplaced talent and strengths and costs associated with the tools members are using for talent insights. We’re looking forward to continuing the discussion of these and many other topics with our TLIX leaders in the new year!
