2026 February- ESIX Leaders Only

Our ESIX: Executive Search Information Exchange Leaders-Only sessions last week covered a broad range of topics, including CRMs, research, & assessment tools, as well as cost avoidance metrics, but we also shared thoughts on how to elevate the compensation of our candidate experience coordinators and program managers, given they do a lot more than just scheduling. In a broader comp discussion we covered long-term incentive package makeup for the leaders we hire. We also had a lengthy discourse on the challenges of using AI tools alongside privacy and data regulations, and the risk of the wrong information getting into the wrong hands, especially when using external vendors. So much for leaders to deal with!
