Along with comparing AI-based exec recruiting sourcing tools, our member Leaders also discussed partnering more effectively with search firms when we use them, assessing for AI competency, learned about a highly-focused talent intelligence framework.
In last week's ESIX: Executive Search Information Exchange Leaders-Only sessions we held lengthy discussions about not only the tools that AI is now bringing us, but also how to encourage our team members to use them for research and sourcing: it's not just about the tech, but about the change management challenges that it brings. We also had a debate about the ins-and-outs of working alongside search firms when we need them, and how to make sure that we were able to glean the highest ROI from them for the benefit of our companies.
Plus, one member shared an extremely deep level of talent intelligence and market mapping that, though very labor intensive, was highly effective in a very challenging and competitive market.
All in all, there was some exceptional sharing and benchmarking amongst the leaders, undoubtedly adding value to all.
