Corporate executive recruiting is rarely only focused on recruiting, as evidenced by our lengthy discussion on executive onboarding last week.
In our ESIX: Executive Search Information Exchange Leaders-Only sessions last week we spent quite some time talking about exec onboarding, one of the many areas that corporate exec recruiting leaders get more and more involved in. Our role touches so many aspects of a company's talent spectrum these days, like assessment tools, internal talent mobility, succession planning, and more, which naturally makes it more interesting. Of course, we also had to have an update on what's new in AI tools for our function, and discussed some new use cases, plus how we should assess external leadership talent for their aptitude in an AI-centric world.
