2025 April- TLIX Deep Dive

Diversity Recruiting, specifically recruiting Women and Racial/Ethnic Underrepresented Minority Talent, was the focus of our recent TLIX Deep Dive. During these turbulent times, it was especially helpful for our members to connect with their peers to compare their TA team’s approaches and actions with others. Member companies’ overall positions varied – some have not made any changes, while others have repositioned their diversity initiatives around belonging or inclusion. Everyone appears to be actively monitoring sentiment externally and internally. One of the many topics discussed highlighted that many members are struggling with measuring progress while balancing legal, cultural, or organizational resistance to identity-based tracking. A member shared a helpful practice of initially tagging prospects generated through traditionally diverse sources in their CRM with indicators of potential inclusion in a particular talent pool. They then update the designation if/when the candidate self-identifies later in the recruiting process. Several members said they were taking this idea back to their teams -it was great to see our TLIX members sharing immediate actionable ideas.
