TLIX TA leaders recently kicked off the new year discussing how candidates, recruiters and hiring managers are using AI during the interview process. We heard examples of each using AI to record interviews, assist with notetaking/conversation summaries, and answering interview questions – as well as the technology that TA teams are using to leverage AI to improve their processes and identify when candidates are using it.
