Our ESIX Leaders-Only Sessions covered a broad range of topics, again giving an indication of all that is on our members minds at the moment. We covered talent intelligence and its use in executive recruiting; getting involved in org design; how to think about a shared services model; the use of research firms; the difference between the SHREK and boutique firms; as well as how orgs are responding to to the US administration’s DEI orders. These are complex times, but our member leaders continue to adapt and persevere.
