Guest presenter Alex Cheney presented a new platform, 'The Succession Plan', which uses AI for succession planning and collaboration across the enterprise, and discussed its features and potential benefits. Members subsequently also discussed the use of external talent in succession plans, and the potential for new psychometric assessment providers to enhance their recruitment process.
