2025 Feb- TLIX: Deep Dive

TLIX recently kicked off its new Deep Dive series. Our first topic was Seletion & Assesment. A good portion of the discussion focused on AI, with members sharing how they’re navigating approvals for recruiting usage within their companies; considerations for video usage and participants with disabilities; tips for using techniques and technology to determine when candidates are using AI during live interviews; & AI platforms that are automating interview scheduling, which recruiters are loving. In addition, we discussed the use of case study interviews & the risks when businesses don’t involve recruiting in their design.
