2025 March- Spring IX Live Event
It was great seeing our IX Communities for our Spring IX Live event in NYC last week! Jeff Wetzler kicked off the day with a presentation that left us inspired and empowered to make unexpected breakthroughs in our work and personal life. Jeff's 'Ask Approach' poses that the ability to unlock hidden insights and untapped potential is the ultimate leadership advantage. Jeff shared proven methods for surfacing the vital perspectives, ideas, and information that often remain unspoken but are critical for success. We learned how to ask better questions that reveal key insights and opportunities, listen beneath the surface to uncover unspoken wisdom, and build trust, alignment, and solutions that drive real progress.
Throughout the breakout sessions during the day members shared best practices, advice, and resource recommendations on a variety of recruiting topics. One member shared that they have been able to schedule 43% of interviews within 1 hour of request thanks to AI and how this is shifting RCs from coordinating to serving as higher-level candidate experience concierges. Another member’s AI pilot is saving 22 hours per month per recruiter. Many shared how they were all adapting to these very uncertain times. It was great seeing our members forge many new helpful professional network connections. We can't wait for the next IX Live event!
