2025 March- ESIX Leaders Only

Our ESIX Leaders- Only sessions last week were jam-packed with topics. Some of which were responses to what is currently happening, and some focused more on constant improvement & strategic value-add of the function. For instance, discussions ranged from assessment tools, to working with search firms; from using AI tools (esp. notetaking tools) in exec recruiting to measuring quality of hire, as well as measuring our own sourcers' performance; & from succession planning to CRM's. So many things for our members to juggle at any one time!
