2025 March- TLIX Deep Dive

This Deep Dive session we focused on TA technology adoption best practices and challenges. As expected, examples frequently featured AI. One member referenced the “AI washing” issue we’re facing as every platform claims AI integration that will finally solve all that ails us. Another said they’re dealing with the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to TA AI – benefitting from data efficiency gains while struggling with candidate usage during assessments. When discussing tech adoption strategies, a member recommended setting an intentional pace for new tech utilization – dripping in new data to build confidence in both the data and recruiter/hiring manager comfort levels – while others talked about the importance of including key stakeholders and champions in tech selection and adoption. Participants from the U.S., Brazil, India, Prague, and Switzerland also spent time discussing how their companies are unable to use many tech systems globally due to differences in data management/privacy and DEI requirements by country. Though tech advances, the issues follow consistent themes.
