2025 March- TLIX Leaders-Only Connect

Our most recent key topic of conversation session was TA adjustments to accomodate the U.S executive orders tied to DEI. Many members’ companies are still in the evaluation stage and/or are awaiting guidance from their legal teams. But recruiting doesn’t pause, and our members benefited from sharing actions they are currently taking and posing questions to guide their decisions. We continue to hear themes related to evolving diversity recruiting, vs. hard stops. Plus, many of our members lead global organizations so they are navigating a variety of requirements and opportunities related to diversity recruiting in different countries. This will surely continue to be an ever-evolving topic this year.
