2025 April- TLIX Leaders-Only Connect

This session we covered a number of topics. Leaders spent most of the time sharing recommendations for providers of recruitment marketing, media purchasing, and job posting – comparing each company/platform’s strengths in content development and measurement. Members were keen to learn about which are the most user-friendly, that enable content customization, and have adequate support. Many have found these companies are so focused on vying to have the most AI-enabled features, that it’s coming at the expense of their core technology and customer support. Beneficially, members exchanged tips for securing increased vendor influence and support. We also discussed which TA teams centralize media buying through one agency vs. having direct relationships, and the pro’s and con’s of each. Of course, we couldn’t have a meeting without discussing AI: The latest key takeaway is that most companies want to have a human involved with AI whenever there’s an important decision being made, but a few said they may someday experiment with automating hiring manager intake when opening lower level/high volume roles.
