2025 Feb- TLIX Deep Dive

TLIX recently kicked off its new Deep Dive meeting series with our first topic – Selection & Assessment. A good portion of the discussion focused on AI, with members sharing how they’re navigating approvals for recruiting usage within their companies; considerations for video usage and participants with disabilities; tips for using techniques and technology to determine when candidates are using AI during live interviews; & AI platforms that are automating interview scheduling, which recruiters are loving. In addition, we discussed the use of case study interviews & the risks when businesses don’t involve recruiting in their design. Topics also included risk management, processes, & training relative to documenting selection decisions; as well as whether companies are making changes to their diversity recruiting based on new U.S. federal executive orders. It was great to discover so many best practices and valuable peer-to-peer advice!
