Our ESIX: Executive Search Information Exchange Leaders-Only sessions were jam-packed last week! We covered the continuing challenges of return to office policies on hiring, and particularly on hiring or retaining diverse talent. We also discussed the use of external talent mapping firms, optimal interview models, and recruiter compensation models; plus we touched on the 'buy-to-build' model of hiring diverse talent. Naturally, just as in every discussion these days, we had to cover AI - AI interview recording, candidates using AI, and AI training. So much on leaders' minds!
